Flat Belt Delivery Conversion

The above pictures are of an Urbanite folder which we converted over from the narrow, segmented delivery belts to a flat belt with a variable speed motor.  The customer was installing a Schur conveyor system which required the extension arms to be shortened.  The shingling was also required to be changed than from the original Goss delivery.  As a result, a variable speed DC motor was used which allowed for shingle adjustment.
